Looking at today, it is our greatest pride to be the brand sought after in fabric, and this is a spontaneous phenomenon as we have proven our quality, performance and experience to the market.

The secret of success is good management, and the secret of good management is quality employees. The most important method that I apply by relying on my managerial experience is to work with a quality team that knows the job. It doesn’t matter how many people you have in your team… It doesn’t matter if it is one person, five people or a thousand people, I never gave up on this rule when I saw that leaving the job to those who know always brings success. You should give initiative to people who come together with a sense of belonging. If you do not give initiative to your employees, after a while, you realize that things start to get confused and slow down. When you are the decision mechanism of everything, you will see that you are doing everything yourself among dozens of your employees. The right employee ensures that we always reach the right target. Trusting people and establishing strong ties with them is, for me, a must for a company whose organizational chart is constantly growing
