Özsar Tekstil Laboratory Chemistry Chief Saliha Kartal stated that the dye factory has a daily capacity of 1500 tons of knitted fabric dyeing and said, “We are responding with our state-of-the-art equipment and industrial components in our chemistry laboratory located in our dye factory with an area of 22 thousand 800 square meters in Tekirdağ Velimeşe Organized Industrial Zone. We provide fast and quality service with our highly trained personnel in our company, with our catalog that includes the color codes of the cargo demanded, as well as the trend colors of the year and the main colors of the factory each year.” said.
Noting that they continue to work not only on their own color catalogs but also on the colors requested by the customers in dyeing knitted fabrics, Kartal said, “Special color studies demanded by our customers for knitted fabrics are completed in the shortest time possible by using the right and suitable sustainable dyestuffs and chemicals in our laboratory with great care.” he said.
Emphasizing the importance of cost and sustainability in dyeing works, Kartal said: “Our knitted fabrics, which will be dyed as a priority in our works, go through the appropriate processes. In order to present our quality to our customers, our processes are based on cost, sustainability and reaching the right target at the first time.”
Özsar Tekstil CEO Ali Yasin Sartık stated that the investment attack that they started in the first quarter of 2022 continues, and said, “We continue the renewal and capacity increase investments that we started in January 2022 without slowing down. Construction work continues in our new factory area, which we bought in Velimeşe Organized Industrial Zone. We increase our quality and capacity with our state-of-the-art machinery investments in our knitted fabric and dyeing integrated facility. In the second quarter of 2024, we aim to continue our way towards leadership in knitted fabric production by increasing our knit fabric capacity from 50 tons per day to approximately 70 tons.” he said.
