Özsar Tekstil, one of the leading knitted fabric manufacturers of the sector, which responds quickly to the ready-dyed knitted fabric demands of the textile sector with its cost, sustainability and quality, has increased its fabric dyeing capacity to 1,500 tonnes per month with the latest technology equipment.
Özsar Tekstil Chemistry Laboratory Chief Saliha Kartal stated that the dyeing factory operates with a daily dyeing capacity of 1500 tonnes of knitted fabric and said, “We respond to the needs of the sector with our state-of-the-art equipment in our chemistry laboratory in our dyeing factory with an area of 22 thousand 800 square metres in Tekirdağ Velimeşe Organised Industrial Zone. In addition to the colour studies demanded by our customers, our highly trained personnel in our facility provide fast and high quality service with our catalogue, which includes the trend colours of the year and the main colours of our company.”
Noting that they continue to work not only from their own colour catalogues but also on the colours requested by customers in knitted fabric dyeing, Kartal said, “Special colour studies requested by our customers for knitted fabrics are completed in our laboratory in the shortest time by using the correct and appropriate sustainable dyestuff and chemicals with great care.”
Emphasising that cost and sustainability are important in dyeing works, Kartal said the following: “Our knitted fabrics, which will be dyed as a priority in our works, pass through the appropriate processes created. In order to offer our quality to our customers, cost, sustainability and reaching the right target at the first time are taken as reference in our processes.”
Özsar Tekstil CEO Ali Yasin Sartık stated that the investment attack they started in the first quarter of 2022 continues and said, “We continue the renewal and capacity increase investments we started in January 2022 without slowing down. Construction works are continuing in our new factory area that we purchased in Velimeşe Organised Industrial Zone. We are increasing our quality and capacity with our latest technology machinery investments in our knitted fabric and dyeing integrated facility. In the second quarter of 2024, we aim to increase our daily knitted fabric capacity of 50 tonnes to approximately 70 tonnes and continue our path towards leadership in knitted fabric production.”
